A transfer fee will be required for transferring the ownership of a property to another person which has to be paid in most cases by the buyer directly to the developer. Depending on the developer, the transfer fee will vary between 1% and 10%, either on the original price or the new purchase price. The figures which are desplayed below could change and are not optional.
